As a bride (and of course the groom), this is the most special and sacred moment of your life that you are planning. It’s not just about the day but the journey leading up to your magical day.
My husband, Jean-Claude, and I got married at Val De Vie Polo Estate in Paarl, and our day was nothing short of a fairy-tale. None of this would have been possible without the hard work, endless phone calls, mock-ups, tears, and laughs from Elizma and her team.
We met a good few months before the wedding, arranging, discussing, and brainstorming what we wanted at our wedding and the logistics of how we will execute our wedding day.
With having a full-time job and being busy all the time, Elizma freed us of any unnecessary stresses and worries. She took full control of all the suppliers and stayed in contact with us regarding all planning and finances. Because we had a few people involved in the planning of our wedding – Elizma always kept the peace and calmness when the stresses started becoming more. What you want in your co-ordinator, Elizma is… hardworking, dedicated to the bride and groom, and does what YOU need to be done. Your professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge, and precision is highly recommended to all future couples.
Elizma and her team managed to pull off a wedding of 165 pax without us knowing of any issues there may have been – as I’ve said, she takes control of everything but never makes you feel excluded.
She is there throughout the planning and execution of the wedding day. What I loved most is that I could pick up the phone at any time, and she was there – whether it was for a laugh or support – she listened. She has proven herself that no task is too big to handle.
We, Jean-Claude and Tamsyn, are so grateful for you, Elizma, for making sure we had the most beautiful day and that everything was perfect. We will never forget walking into our venue and our jaws dropping in awe of how beautiful it looked.
We thank you for all your endless amount of efforts. We wish you many happy and successful years, making couples dreams come true- as you made ours. Working with you was the best decision we could have made. We could not have done any of this without you.

Die hoeveelheid stres en angs wat julle van my skouers afgehaal het reg deur die troue-beplanning, kan ek nie in woorde beskryf nie. Die rustige bruid wat ek op die 22ste Junie was, was alles net te danke aan julle en vir my en die mense wat my goed ken – ń wonderwerk.
Dankie vir elke klein dingetjie, dankie vir die omgee en liefde wat julle in ons spesiale dag gesit het. Die Noltes en Brinke kon nie vir beter gevra het nie. Dankie dat julle die wynstoor in die heel mooiste sprokies saal omskep het. Die mooi herinneringe en gevoelens wat ek oor my troue gaan hê vir die res van my lewe is te danke aan julle!

Elizma is an absolute star. She is always friendly and professional, her recommendations are on point and she takes time to understand what it is you are trying to achieve. Her organizational skills and attention to detail is second to none and she made sure the day ran like a Swiss clock with everyone and everything arriving on time and working properly.
Our wedding was out of town and very bespoke / curated. There were a 100 small things that could have gone wrong but not one did. Furthermore, she consolidated the transport of all the goods and décor saving us a lot of money on transport and accommodation.
Post the event all the finer details, pick up and lost and found were also all professionally handled with a smile as well as keeping a few décor mementos
Thanks for all your effort to make our day run smoothly. We had an amazing time and will cherish the memories forever. There is zero doubt in our mind that the day would have been half as good after going through it and witnessing first-hand the attention to detail and nuances of running such a special day.

I am a planner – I cover my bases and I am a perfectionist. I think I probably drove Joshua completely mad planning our wedding – even before Covid.
My anxiety and stress honestly doubled when Covid hit, and then the jumping from different lockdown levels definitely kicked my butt.
Enter Infinite Concepts
We won the “On The Day” coordination with Elizma through the Southenr Sound competition and I could kiss Christelle’s feet for bringing Elizma on board for the competition…
Elizma is literally the most organized, calm and professional human I have ever encountered. Joshua and I did not stress one bit on the day – there were a few last minute problems, complications and drama but Elizma took it in her stride, and all I kept hearing is “I will organize it, don’t you worry”… This truly meant the world to us, it meant that Joshua and I could be in the moment, enjoy every little giggle, every tear and every laugh with our special guests and not worry about any other details – Elizma had us covered.
Honestly, my only regret would be not including her in the planning beforehand and not potentially taking a more comprehensive package with her – thinking back, a lot of my grey hairs would’ve been prevented if I had her by my side from day one 🤍
Elizma – you were truly a pillar of strength and calm during my panic weeks before the wedding, stressing about level 4 and all that entailed. Even more so on our wedding day, you literally gave us the freedom to truly enjoy a day celebrating our love and our families – you will forever have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you doesn’t quite cut it – but we are so thankful for you.

When looking back on our wedding day we never planned on having a planner as I was determined to plan this day all by myself,boy oh boy what a HUGE surprise when I realised how much it takes to make sure this day is perfect, upon making the decision to make use of Elizma from ICG,I regret not making this decision earlier.
Elizma het seker gemaak dat elke sekonde van die dag ekstra perfek verloop het, geoffer om decor op te tel, veilig te vervoer en terug te besorg sonder ekstra kostes, laaste minuut planne gemaak vir AS dit moontlik dalk begin reën. Elizma even walked the extra mile to make sure the honeymoon room is romantic and special, this all with champers and dessert!!

Wow, where do we even start to write a review for Elizma at Infinite Concepts Group?! We interviewed several wedding planners, but from the word go, we knew Elizma was the one! Her enthusiasm, confidence, and practical advice convinced us within that first Zoom call, and we never looked back.
We both work long hours, but Elizma was always a WhatsApp away during the planning process. No detail was too big or too small – from helping with the invites, finding a venue, suggesting service providers (and fantastic ones at that), coming up with creative ideas to make our vision come true within the budget, to answering the 1000 questions we had!! She thought of all the little things we didn’t even know that one must think of! In the days leading up to the wedding, everyone asked whether we were stressed, and I kept honestly saying: “No, I have Elizma!”.
During the wedding weekend, Elizma ensured everything ran super smoothly, from the rehearsal on Friday up to the very end of Saturday night. I made my own wedding cake, and she even added the final touches, which looked great! We had such a fantastic day and could just relax and enjoy the moment with each other and our loved ones, knowing that Elizma has it under control!! We returned to our room at the venue after the wedding just to find our room decorated and champagne, snacks, and a small gift from Elizma waiting; what a lovely surprise!!
We have received so many compliments from our wedding guests on how professional, friendly, and efficient Elizma and her team from Infinite Concepts Group were on the day. They made us and our guests feel as if we were the most influential people in the world (even though they had another wedding the very next day)!! We literally cannot recommend Elizma enough, she is enthusiastic, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, all-in-all a beautiful person, and ultimately a problem-solving machine!! It was an honor to have her share this special journey with us!
