I am a planner – I cover my bases and I am a perfectionist. I think I probably drove Joshua completely mad planning our wedding – even before Covid.
My anxiety and stress honestly doubled when Covid hit, and then the jumping from different lockdown levels definitely kicked my butt.
Enter Infinite Concepts. We won the “On The Day” coordination with Elizma through the Southern Sound competition and I could kiss Christelle’s feet for bringing Elizma on board for the competition…
Elizma is literally the most organized, calm and professional human I have ever encountered. Joshua and I did not stress one bit on the day – there were a few last minute problems, complications and drama but Elizma took it in her stride, and all I kept hearing is “I will organize it, don’t you worry”… This truly meant the world to us, it meant that Joshua and I could be in the moment, enjoy every little giggle, every tear and every laugh with our special guests and not worry about any other details – Elizma had us covered.
Honestly, my only regret would be not including her in the planning beforehand and not potentially taking a more comprehensive package with her – thinking back, a lot of my grey hairs would’ve been prevented if I had her by my side from day one.
Elizma – you were truly a pillar of strength and calm during my panic weeks before the wedding, stressing about level 4 and all that entailed. Even more so on our wedding day, you literally gave us the freedom to truly enjoy a day celebrating our love and our families – you will forever have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you doesn’t quite cut it – but we are so thankful for you.
When looking back at our wedding choosing Infinite Concepts as our planner was one of the best decisions we made. We knew Elizma was one of the best in the industry. And boy, she didn’t disappoint us.

Our wedding was out of town and very bespoke / curated. There where a 100 small things that could have gone wrong but not one did. Furthermore she consolidated the transport of all the goods and décor saving us a lot of money on transport and accommodation.
Post the event all the finer details, pick up and lost and found was also all professionally handled with a smile as well as keeping a few décor mementos

It was the most special, beautiful and happiest day when Francois asked me to marry him and then all the excitement and stress of planning a wedding kicked in. At first I was very determined to plan our most beautiful day all by myself but boy was I in for a surprise! We are and will forever be so grateful for Elizma, from the moment I met her on a WhatsApp video call I knew there couldn’t be anyone better to help and guide me to plan our wedding. She was just as excited as I was and made me feel as if I was planning our wedding with one of my bridesmaids. It was all the small things that made me and us feel so special. Surprising me at the cake tasting with Champagne, I mean if that’s not a person close to my heart I don’t know what is! She was so thoughtful on so many occasions, not because she had to be but because that is who she is not only as a planner but also a person.
I had a vision of simple, elegant and modern for our wedding and WOW!! I was completely speechless when I finally got to see Elizma’s hard work, passion and talent come together. It was beyond what I could of ever imagined, perfect in every single way and not to mention how effortless she made it look.

These words were used by our guests to describe our wedding. The food was terrific, and the décor was stunning. Any small hiccups that arose were taken care of with elegance by Elizma or Lisa. Infinite Concepts handled everything with regards to our venue and third party suppliers, and they even learned how to make the table centerpiece flower arrangements since our florists were not available to travel. We will strongly recommend them for any destination wedding.

My husband, Jean-Claude, and I got married at Val De Vie Polo Estate in Paarl, and our day was nothing short of a fairy-tale. None of this would have been possible without the hard work, endless phone calls, mock-ups, tears, and laughs from Elizma and her team.
We met a good few months before the wedding, arranging, discussing, and brainstorming what we wanted at our wedding and the logistics of how we will execute our wedding day.
With having a full-time job and being busy all the time, Elizma freed us of any unnecessary stresses and worries. She took full control of all the suppliers and stayed in contact with us regarding all planning and finances.
Because we had a few people involved in the planning of our wedding – Elizma always kept the peace and calmness when the stresses started becoming more.
What you want in your co-ordinator, Elizma is… hardworking, dedicated to the bride and groom, and does what YOU need to be done. Your professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge, and precision is highly recommended to all future couples.
Elizma and her team managed to pull off a wedding of 165 pax without us knowing of any issues there may have been – as I’ve said, she takes control of everything but never makes you feel excluded.

Elizma Freeman from Infinite Concepts Group was our wedding planner. At the start of the wedding planning, I thought that I could do everything by myself. However, closer to our wedding day, I knew I needed help with the finer details. Elizma was not only my new sister-in-law to be, one of my bridesmaids, but I knew that she is excellent in event coordination/planning as I had the first-hand experience in working with her previously.
