Wow, where do we even start to write a review for Elizma at Infinite Concepts Group?! We interviewed quite a few wedding planners, but from the word go we knew Elizma was the one! Her enthusiasm, confidence and practical advice convinced us within that first Zoom call, and we never looked back.
We both work long hours, but Elizma was always just a WhatsApp away during the planning process. No detail was too big or too small – from helping with the invites, finding a venue, suggesting service providers (and fantastic ones at that), coming up with creative ideas to make our vision come true within the budget, to answering the 1000 questions we had!! She thought of all the little things we didn’t even know that one must think of! In the days leading up to the wedding everyone asked whether we were stressed, and I kept honestly saying: “No, I have Elizma!”.
During the wedding weekend Elizma ensured everything ran super smoothly, from the rehearsal on the Friday up to the very end of Saturday night. I made my own wedding cake, and she even added the final touches, which looked great! We had such an amazing day and could just relax and enjoy the moment with each other and our loved ones, knowing that Elizma has it under control!! We got back to our room on the venue after the wedding just to find our room decorated and champagne, snacks, and a small gift from Elizma waiting, what a lovely surprise!!
We have received so many compliments from our wedding guests on how professional, friendly, and efficient Elizma and her team from Infinite Concepts Group were on the day. They made us and our guests feel as if we were the most important people in the world (even though they had another wedding the very next day)!! We literally cannot recommend Elizma enough, she is enthusiastic, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, all-in-all a beautiful person and ultimately a problem-solving machine!! It was an honour to have her share this special journey with us!
